Fl!p52 is a very easy to learn board game for all ages. Play it together with your whole family!

Things to Know
Each player places their 50 specified chips in stacks on the board in the areas marked “Stack”. Each “Stack Area” represents the corresponding playing card.
Players decide who will go first. (Roll the die, youngest, oldest, etc.)
Players must take turns in a clockwise pattern, placing a stack of chips on one “Stack Area” at a time. Only one stack of chips per “Stack Area” is allowed.
The maximum number of stacks allowed per player is equal to, or approximate to, 52 divided by the number of players. Example: 5 players = 10 stacks maximum each.

Stage One Round Variations:
Unless stated otherwise, each player plays all of their 50 chips in randomly placed stacks of 1 -10 chips
1. Standard Play – Each player plays random stacks of 1- 10 chips and takes off their own stacks.
2. Each player picks a denomination and plays stacks on all 4 suits of that denomination. The remaining chips are played in random stacks.
3. Each player’s deck takes off other players’ stacks, not their own.
4. Each player must play only 1 stack of 20 chips. (This is the only variation without playing all 50 chips.)
5. Each player must play 5 stacks of 10 chips.
6. Each player must play the maximum number of stacks allowed. Make the stack quantities as even as possible.
7. Each player’s deck will remove any coloured stack.
8. Only one player’s deck is used to remove stacks of any colour. (Players decide which deck to use)
*9 and IO are options for 4 or fewer players only. (Can be played as “the finals” for only the top 4 scoring players)
9. Each player must play a stack on every denomination. (Ace – King, 13 stacks)
10. Each player picks a suit and places a stack on every card of that suit. (Ace – King, 13 stacks)

Stage Two
Players shuffle their deck and places it on the table in front of them. The remaining cards in their deck may be shuffled again anytime during play.
Each player picks one card randomly from their deck and flips it at the same time.
When a player’s flip card matches a card which their stack represents, they take that stack off the board, unless specified otherwise by a variation. Variations may state that they remove stacks from the board that belong to other players.

Twinning:
When two or more players flip the same card and there is a stack of chips representing the card.
The player with the stack is the twin winner.
The winner counts the chips in the stack and removes the stack from the board.
The twin loser must give the winner chips that have already been removed from the board. It will be a minimum of 5 chips, and a maximum of 10 chips.
(See Payment Chart below)
The winner places the loser’s chips onto the stacks remaining on the board belonging to the loser.
For example: if the Blue and Red players have a twinning 3 of Spades and Red has a stack representing that card as in the picture below, the Red player is the twin winner.
If there is no stack representing the twinning card there are no chips exchanged.

Wild Cards:
There are 5 WILD CARDS in each Fl!p52 deck of cards. When you flip a wild card you must do what is stated on the card.
Players can never have more than 50 chips on the board. If there are not enough chips off the board to do what is stated on the wild card you can only add what is already off the board.
Wild Cards are disregarded during variation #8.
* It is important to note that when adding chips to the board they must be added to existing stacks still on the board.

How to Win the Round:
Players continue to flip cards in unison until one player has all of their chips off of the board.
That player wins the round and the round is over. Chips remaining on the board are counted and added to total score of each player. Each chip equals one point.
All chips are cleared off of the board to be ready for next round.

How to Win the Game:
Option # 1 : The game ends when a player has a total of 100 points.
Option # 2 : The game ends when all round variations have been played.
The player with the least amount of points wins the game!

Assigning value to the chips:
Before play begins, players may assign a value to the chips.
At the end of each round, players calculate the total value of the remaining stacks left on the board.
Players decide if the winner is paid at the end of each round or only one winner is paid at the end of a game. If paid at the end of a game, the winner’s total is subtracted from each loser’s total to determine payment.
Players may assign a minimum and/or maximum amount a losing player is to pay the winner each round or at the end of a game.
